In a war situation, having an extra pair of eyes is crucial in order to spot an enemy lurking along the border or other malicious activity. DefSecIntel Solutions, a defense industry company of 2023, which produces high-tech surveillance and intelligence systems, has developed such a solution.
It is an autonomous system that has a vision range of kilometres and can be used for border guarding, reconnaissance and base guarding. What makes the platform unique is that drones also fly out from there, which, if necessary, perform additional monitoring missions. Their systems are also currently in use in Ukraine, helping to battle against the enemy.
The head of DefSecIntel, Jaanus Tamm, visited the Ringvaade studio, where he talked about the working principle, the company in more detail and why EKTL gave them the award for the best company this year.
