The Estonian defense industry recently organized a high-level visit to Berlin, aimed at strengthening cooperation between the Estonian and German defense sectors.
The visit began with a B2B seminar between representatives of Rheinmetall and the Estonian Defense Industry. This was the first seminar of its kind, which created a strong foundation for the formation of direct industrial partnerships. On the second day, an Estonian-German defense industry seminar took place. One of the most significant highlights of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Estonian companies DefSecIntel Solutions and TYTAN Technologies. The agreement focuses on strengthening European defense capabilities against rapidly evolving air threats and is a clear example of the concrete results that cooperation between the Estonian and German defense industries can deliver.
The visit was attended by 32 Estonian companies, making it the largest Estonian defense industry delegation to date, which also included Defense Minister Hanno Pevkur. Over 100 meetings took place over the two days.
