It’s often said that charm is in the detail! Even the best armoured vehicle in the world is of little use if it lacks necessary equipment.
METEC Truck/4×4/Van Accessories, a metalworking company that has been in business for 30 years, develops and manufactures accessories for commercial vehicles. The company’s product range covers a wide variety of areas, from accessories for commercial vehicles to components for mechanical engineering, including truck saddle components, tractor cab bases and UGV frame components. Metec is also active in the military field, producing seat frames for Patria armoured vehicles being built in Latvia in cooperation with a company in Võru.
We visited them to see the makers and the production, and to hear about their plans for 2024.
