Estonian defence industry company Rantelon is supplying Lithuanian border guards with equipment for detecting and repelling drones.

Rantelon, together with the Lithuanian company Euroelektronika, participated in a public procurement aimed at supplying the Lithuanian Border Guard with state-of-the-art drone detection and repelling equipment. The contract, worth €1.5 million, will see the Lithuanian Border Guard acquire Rantelon personal drone detectors and drone guns (“jammers”) for its patrols.

Karl Taklaja, member of the Rantelon management board, said that although a local Lithuanian manufacturer was initially preferred, Rantelon equipment proved itself during the test period, proving to be the best in terms of both quality and price.

Congratulations to Rantelon for a great achievement!
