A delegation from the Norwegian defence industry is visiting Estonia, meeting with local security experts and defence industry companies for three days to develop defence cooperation between the two countries.
On Monday, a reception was held at the Norwegian Embassy in Estonia, and today was spent at a seminar, where Estonian Defence Minister Hanno Pevkur gave an opening speech. Both countries gave an overview of their defence industry, discussed how Estonia and Norway implement innovation in the capabilities of their armed forces, and the companies were given the opportunity to introduce the defence technologies they are developing.
