On 13.11, an exhibition of Estonian defense industry companies took place in Paldiski as part of the Information Days of the Chief of the Defense Forces, in which 34 companies took part. The purpose of the exhibition was to provide an overview of what is happening on the market today, introduce new products and show the Estonian Defence Industry Association as a toolbox where the Estonian Defense Forces can find the necessary arsenal.
It was one of the largest defense industry exhibitions that has taken place in Estonia so far. Large both in terms of the number of participants and the uniqueness of the exhibits. For the first time, Milrem TypeX unmanned vehicle was exhibited at the exhibition in Estonia, companies brought about 10 different drones, special equipment and clothing of soldiers were presented, as well as communication capabilities of cyber and IT companies.
Representatives of the Estonian Defense Forces, active and conscripts of various structural units, representatives of the Trade with Estonia, Kaitseministeerium / Ministry of Defence of Estonia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, Siseministeerium / Estonian Ministry of the Interior, and the Estonian Centre for Defence Investments // Riigi Kaitseinvesteeringute Keskus also participated in the event.
