The Estonian defence industry demonstrated strong international visibility at DSEI London 2025, where 13 Estonian companies showcased their technologies under the national stand. The stand attracted substantial attention from global partners and official delegations, including BAE Systems, the Australian Army, the US Army Foreign Comparative Testing Directorate (Col. Naff), and Rheinmetall representatives.
The high level of engagement reflects the growing reputation of Estonian companies as trusted innovators in unmanned systems, cyber defence, advanced optical solutions, situational awareness, metal works and dual-use solutions. The strong presence at DSEI underlines Estonia’s position as an export-oriented, high-tech defence partner within the NATO and allied ecosystem.
Rene Ehasalu, Defence Estonia cluster manager, commented that the Estonian defence industry had an excellent presence at DSEI London 2025. “The event highlighted the innovation and competitiveness of our companies, from unmanned systems to cyber and advanced defence technologies. It was a strong demonstration of how Estonia is positioning itself as a trusted and forward-looking defence partner on the global stage.”
